The Saffron Walden Office

Our client needed an administration office & had found a grade II listed premises they were interested in but were looking for ways in which could reduce the overhead it would create.

Working closely with the client we came up with a plan to turn half of the space into lettable residential flats & the other half into offices.

After many discussions with the local conservation officer we were able to assist the client in gaining planning permission for change of use before carrying out the conversion.

Working with our sister company Umbrella, to design & fit the interior of the offices, we created a modern, yet comfortable working environment.

Our client was able to generate income from the flats & completely cover the cost of running the office.
