The Hollyhock Apartments

The apartments on Hollyhock Road began life as a 3 bedroom house. Our clients wanted to increase the value of their investment & could see the potential of converting the house into 2 one bedroom flats.

Good ideas, however, come with challenges. In addition to sourcing the architect & finding the right construction company, planning has to be achieved, building regulations satisfied & plumbers, electricians & carpenters organised.

It can be a logistical nightmare & many people are unsure of where to start. We took responsibility for every aspect of the build from the planning application, achieving all the necessary certificates for sound insulation, etc. & managing all of the various suppliers needed to complete the job.

The project was completed in record time.
